How to use
Soak the sponge in hot water for a while, then gently massage until the entire sponge is soft and fully expanded before use. Do not use while it is still hard. Gently glide the sponge over the skin surface. After use, rinse thoroughly, drain, and let it air dry in a well-ventilated area. It will harden and shrink when it dries. Since it does not contain any mildew inhibitors or preservatives, mold may grow if stored in a humid place. After use, dry it in a well-ventilated area away from walls and store it in a dry, clean place away from direct sunlight. Do not use with bath additives or cleansers containing enzymes, as these will break down the natural fibers. If you experience any irritation or itching during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. Due to the natural ingredients, color and shape may vary. Pulling too hard may cause damage. This is not a food product. Keep out of reach of children.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
