How to use
Take out one sheet at a time, fold it into quarters, and gently wipe away makeup without rubbing too hard, folding the sheet back and forth so that you can wipe with a clean side. One to two sheets are a guideline for use. Makeup removal is complete when nothing comes off on the sheet. After use, we recommend following up with your usual lotion and emulsion. Precautions Do not use if you have any skin abnormalities such as wounds, swelling, or eczema. If you experience any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itching, or irritation during use, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. Continuing to use the product may worsen the symptoms. If it gets into your eyes, rinse immediately. To prevent deterioration of quality due to drying, do not remove the sheets from the bag, place them in the container as is, and close the lid of the container tightly. Use as soon as possible after opening. Do not place in direct sunlight or in high temperatures. Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
