What it is

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this because my heels are hard all year round. Just rubbing it on wet heels is enough to remove dead skin. It's easy to use, so I think I can use it every day!
I noticed a slight roughness on my heels, so I decided to try a pumice stone. While there are many products available, I chose one that I could quickly apply in the bath, thinking it would help me get used to it. I've heard that overusing it can lead to dryness, so I use it gently and gently on my heels when they're slightly soggy after a bath. It only takes a short time, so I'm able to use it every time I bathe without feeling like a bother. After use, I put it on a wire tray and leave it in the bathroom, where it dries without getting moldy. It keeps my heels smooth, and I think the cream I apply afterward absorbs better. I wonder if it will wear down and shrink over time? If that happens, I'll buy a new one, but it's small enough to hold comfortably, so I think it'll last quite a while.
I use it often!
I used to use it and it was great, so I've repurchased it several times. I've been using Deonatulle's toe cream for smooth toes, but recently the soles of my feet have been getting so dry that they even get caught in blankets, so I remembered this product and bought it. As a result, my heels were immediately smooth again, and I was able to sleep without stress.
My heels have been rough since before summer, and I've been applying creams containing urea, but they haven't been effective. I decided I needed to remove the calluses, so I bought this. The surface is fine, so it doesn't hurt when you rub it against your skin. I used it at the end of my bath for about three days in a row to gradually remove the calluses, and after using the cream in addition, my heels were smooth again. It barely absorbs moisture, so if you leave it standing on a shelf in the bathroom, it dries quickly, which I thought was hygienic. I plan to use it again when the calluses on my heels start to thicken.
