What it is
100% pure cotton, layered in 24 layers while holding air. Delivers moisture to every corner of the skin. Certified by Oeko-Tex, it is gentle enough to be used on baby's skin. The structure of the fibers intertwined while holding air allows you to care for your skin without pilling or losing its shape. The fabric is carefully layered in 24 layers, like handmade Japanese paper, while holding air. It is soft, has moderate stiffness, absorbs water, and releases water, and delivers moisture to every corner of the skin. Pure and natural cotton obtained by purifying 100% natural cotton with natural water. Certified by Oeko-Tex Standard 100. It is gentle enough to be used on baby's skin. You can also peel it into two thin layers and use it as a cotton pack. Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's soft and feels good on the skin, but is that normal?
I was a little surprised that the reviews were lower than I expected. It seems that depending on how you use it, the fuzzing can be severe. I haven't used it for cotton packs or patting, so although it does fuzz a little, I like how gentle it is on the skin. I mainly use it to wipe off lotion and remove point makeup. I try to avoid applying pressure as much as possible, so I only wipe quickly, but the soft cotton seems to reduce friction. I don't particularly feel that it has to be this way, but it's good enough for my use.
I bought this when I bought cleanser. It's neither too thick nor too thin, and is fluffy. The surface is smooth. It absorbs toner fairly well, but when used for wiping or patting, it quickly becomes smudged and fluffs up. It seems best to use it as a cotton pack, without moving it. It seems you can also split it and use it separately. I gave it 3 stars because it was the only thing I needed. I won't be buying it again.
The cotton is fluffy and soft. I tried using it to wipe away makeup, but it seems more suitable for use as a cotton pack than for wiping away makeup. When wiping away makeup, it seems like it won't fluff up if you wipe gently without using too much force. I'll try using it to remove point makeup for a while.
I used it as a wipe-off lotion. It was good. As other people have said, patting it on can cause fluff. It was great for a cotton pack.
