Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used up the mini size. It came with a magazine, and the scent and feel were great. It's a beauty expert's brand, as you'd expect. They seem to be very particular about their products. I used it at night after applying lotion to keep my skin moisturized. It's not sticky or heavy. You can use it just like lotion. My skin feels moisturized the next morning. It's good, but quite expensive. It's very hydrating and spreads easily, so I think it's good value for money. I'm also interested in their other products. I'll consider buying it if I get the chance.
I bought a two-pack of [Stock Cosmetics] from Shop Channel. It all started with "Donkey Milk." They used to have a lotion from Rose de Marrakech, but it seems to have been discontinued. (It was a tube and easy to use, but... a shame.) Donkey milk is said to be similar to human breast milk, highly nutritious, and easily absorbed by the skin. It suited my skin perfectly, blending in smoothly and providing excellent moisturizing effects. The scent is also natural, with a hint of aromatic oils. I like it, but it's a bit strong, so some people might not like it. The texture is refreshing, more like a gel or milk than a cream. I saw this review on Amazon Prime's Beauty the Bible (the whitening episode), and Hiromi Kobayashi's skin is so beautiful... This product doesn't contain any specific whitening ingredients, but perhaps it aims to purify the skin and make it glow from within. I'm currently taking a break from using this product because I'm using Shiseido oil at the end of my skincare routine, but if it could give me Hiromi Kobayashi's skin, I'd like to try it again. I would buy it again if it was around 5,000 yen each.

Gently massage onto areas like the corners of your eyes, forehead, and mouth, smoothing out wrinkles. It spreads easily, leaving your skin feeling silky smooth after application. The next morning, my skin felt plump and firm (´ `). By the way, donkey milk is amazing, isn't it? ∑(д)!! Apparently it has been treasured since ancient times, and its high-quality omega lipids are similar to those in breast milk, suppressing allergies and preventing rough skin caused by stress! It has a high moisturizing effect and antioxidant properties, making it ideal for anti-aging care. What's more, Seven Flow's donkey milk is organic; I want to own a donkey. Seven Flow is produced by Hiromi Kobayashi, a beauty expert who is also very popular on QVC. Herb Circulate Oil is also an oil designed with circulation in mind, so it's incredibly good. Seven Flow's skin care approach, starting with lymphatic flow, is truly wonderful.
It spreads well and is moisturizing. I would like to continue using it, but the price makes it difficult.
