How to Work It Into Your Routine
Shampoo Application. After brushing, pre-wash thoroughly, take an appropriate amount (about 7g for medium-length hair, about 3cm in diameter) into your hands and spread it between both palms. Using the pads of your fingers, gently lather while massaging your scalp. Leave on. Cover your entire hair with plenty of lather and leave it on for 1-3 minutes. Kerastase cleansing products are luxuriously formulated with beneficial ingredients that keep hair and scalp healthy. Allowing it to penetrate fully is important. Scalp Massage. With the lather still on, rotate your hands three times, lifting your temples upwards. Then, using four fingers, massage your scalp back and forth towards the crown of your head. Repeat the process for the back of your head. Lifting. Starting from the nape of your neck and moving towards the back of your head, firmly rub three times with four fingers, lifting the muscles. Repeat the process on the other side, then rinse thoroughly.
