1. Apply an appropriate amount of BnD 4D Volume Bust Cream to your breasts. 2. Massage in a circular motion from the center of your breasts outwards. (10 times) 3. Massage upwards from the top of your breasts towards your collarbone. (10 times) 4. Massage upwards from the bottom of your breasts. (10 times) 5. Massage in a way that pulls the flesh towards your collarbone from your armpits. (10 times) 6. Finish by massaging while stimulating lymphatic drainage from your armpits towards your collarbone.
