How to use
1. Remove the ear warmer from the bag. 2. Peel off the plain white release paper. (It will start heating up, so use it immediately.) 3. While keeping hair away from your ears, apply the adhesive part directly to cover your entire ear. (It can also be used on other parts of the body such as the neck, shoulders, and feet.) *Please remove any accessories such as earrings before use. *Please wipe away any sweat or moisture around your ears before use. *Repeated repositioning will weaken the adhesive and make it more likely to fall off. Please be careful. *The steam is invisible.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
