How to Work It Into Your Routine
Twist the back of the container to extend the lipstick about 1mm before use. The lipstick will not retract once extended, so extend only the amount you need. For long-term storage, store upright with the lipstick tip facing upwards. The contents are very soft, so extending too much may cause it to break. If any contents adhere to the inside of the cap or around the opening of the container, wipe it off with a tissue. The lipstick is finished when it no longer extends when you twist the container.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: We ship all orders DDP (duties delivered prepaid) which means that we handle all the import and custom duties on our end and nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected by us. Please note that all local charges are your responsibility. Unfortunately, there is no current system that allows us to handle this on your behalf from Japan.
