How to use
This is not a refillable beverage. Please read the instructions carefully before use and use correctly. *Always refill into an empty Naris Lukue 4 Lotion 2 bottle. After refilling, wipe the mouth of the container clean and close the lid of the main bottle tightly. *Always use up the contents completely before refilling, and do not mix with water or other products. *Do not wash the main bottle. *Do not put the inner stopper into the lid. It may become difficult to remove. *After refilling, please note the manufacturing number on the bottom right of the back. This may be necessary when making inquiries. *For hygienic use, we recommend replacing the main bottle with a new one after refilling 2-3 times. <How to use> Use after using a cleansing lotion. Soak a cotton pad with an amount the size of a 500 yen coin and gently tap it onto your face.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
