How to use
This product dispenses in liquid form. Take an appropriate amount onto a sponge or towel moistened with warm water, lather lightly, and then use. When refilling, do not refill with other products (such as foaming types). The vertical lines on the pump head and the side of the bottle indicate that this is body wash. <How to use the pump> When using for the first time, hold the base of the pump with your hand, rotate the nozzle in the direction of the arrow to raise the head, and press several times until the contents come out. (If the head does not rise, tighten the base of the pump firmly, hold it with your hand, and rotate the nozzle again.)

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
