How to use
. Please use after preparing your skin with a makeup base. Take a generous amount of foundation onto about half of the sponge and spread it from the center of your face outwards. Use the remaining foundation on the sponge to finish your forehead, around your eyes, nose, and around your mouth. <How to set up> . Take out the refill pan of the foundation (refill) and set it in the case before use. When setting up, lift the sheet on the case, then fit the refill pan into the case and press down lightly from above. To remove the refill pan from the case, push it out through the hole on the back of the case with a coin or similar object. <Important> . If you leave the sponge dirty, it may develop an unpleasant odor or deteriorate quickly, so please keep it clean at all times. If the sponge becomes dirty, wash it by pressing it in lukewarm water diluted with a neutral detergent, rinse it well with lukewarm water, remove excess water with a towel, and be sure to air dry it in the shade. If the dirt is difficult to remove, please use a dedicated sponge cleaner (replacement sponges are sold separately).

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
