How to use
. This is a cost-effective refill. Please be sure to attach the AYAKA Moist Care Amulet Cream pump. 1. Wash the pump of the AYAKA Moist Care Amulet Cream (29g) thoroughly with warm water (avoid boiling water) and dry completely. 2. Remove the cap of the refill and attach the pump. 3. Press the pump several times until the contents come out. This product is sold separately. Please be careful if you have ever experienced allergies to any of the ingredients. Always perform a patch test before using any new cosmetic product. <Caution> . Do not wash the pump with boiling water, as it will deform. If moisture remains, the contents may deteriorate, so dry thoroughly after washing. Also, drying with a hairdryer may cause deformation. Please be sure to attach the AYAKA Moist Care Amulet Cream pump before use. The contents will not come out unless the dedicated pump is properly attached. When opening the refill, the opening of the container may be blocked with the contents. If you attach the pump as is, the contents may overflow, so with the cap closed, tilt the container and tap the bottom to return the contents to the container. After that, remove the cap and make sure the opening is not blocked before attaching the pump. *This product is designed so that when you press the pump, the bottom inside the container rises and pushes out the contents. Therefore, if you remove the pump in the middle of use, air may enter the container and the contents may become difficult to dispense. If the contents become difficult to dispense, stand the container upright and press the pump several times until the contents come out. ○Use with caution and pay close attention to any abnormalities on your skin. ○Do not use if you have any abnormalities such as wounds, swelling, or eczema. ○Discontinue use if it does not suit your skin. If redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.), or darkening occurs during use. If the skin to which the product was applied is exposed to direct sunlight and any of the above abnormalities occur. ○Continuing to use cosmetics may worsen the symptoms, so it is recommended that you consult a dermatologist.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
