How to use
. This is a cost-effective refill. Please be sure to refill into the AYAKA Moist Care Amulet Lotion [Moist] container. 1. Wash the inside of the AYAKA Moist Care Amulet Lotion [Moist] (120mL) container, pump, and cap thoroughly with warm water (avoid boiling water) and dry completely. 2. Cut off the tip of the spout along the dotted line (be careful not to hold the pouch too tightly, as the contents may spill out). 3. Insert the spout into the opening of the container and slowly pour in the contents. 4. After refilling, record or cut off the manufacturing code at the bottom and keep it for future reference. This may be necessary when inquiring about the product. Please be careful if you have ever experienced allergies to any of the ingredients. <Caution>. Do not wash the container, pump, or cap with boiling water, as this will deform them. If any moisture remains, the contents may deteriorate, so dry thoroughly after washing. Also, drying with a hairdryer may cause deformation. After opening, refill the entire contents at once. Be careful not to cut your hands on the spout or edge of the bag when opening or refilling. Do not store in direct sunlight or in places with high or low temperatures. If the contents are difficult to dispense after refilling, press the pump several times. If the container becomes dirty or the pump malfunctions, please purchase a new one. Use with caution and pay close attention to any skin abnormalities. Discontinue use if it does not suit your skin. This is not food or drink.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
