How to use
<How to use body soap> . Wet your skin and take an appropriate amount (2-5 pumps) onto a towel or your hand before use. <How to refill> . (1) Prepare the bottle. Wash the inside of the bottle with water and dry it thoroughly. *If water gets inside the pump, it may not foam, so wash it without pressing the pump and dry it thoroughly. (2) Cut the pack. Cut off the spout in the direction of the arrow. *Be careful not to hold the pack too tightly, as the liquid may splash out. (3) Pour into the bottle. Insert the spout into the bottle and slowly pour in the entire amount. *If the amount of liquid exceeds the refill limit on the side of the bottle, the liquid may overflow when you attach the pump. Always use up the contents before refilling.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
