If redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (such as white spots), or darkening occurs, discontinue use and consult our customer service or a dermatologist. Continued use may worsen symptoms. Avoid contact with eyes. If it accidentally gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water without rubbing. If abnormalities persist, consult an ophthalmologist. Avoid direct sunlight and do not store in extremely hot or cold places or within reach of children. Close the cap tightly after use. Due to the nature of the product, the color and scent may change, but this does not affect the quality. When carrying the product, be sure to close the cap tightly and take care to avoid contact with clothing, etc. The cream may soften at high temperatures, but this does not affect its quality. If the cream gets on the container, wipe it off before storing. To prevent clogging, always wipe the mouth of the container after use.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: We ship all orders DDP (duties delivered prepaid) which means that we handle all the import and custom duties on our end and nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected by us. Please note that all local charges are your responsibility. Unfortunately, there is no current system that allows us to handle this on your behalf from Japan.
