How to use
〇Take an amount the size of a 500 yen coin into your hand and apply it evenly to your entire hair (from roots to ends). For medium-length hair, 3 to 4 coin-sized amounts is appropriate. 〇After applying to your hair, comb through with your fingers or a hairbrush to gently detangle. When combing, gently detangle from the ends of your hair first. 〇Apply small amounts to areas that are particularly dry, such as the ends of your hair. <3-way use> 1) As a pre-treatment before shampooing: Apply an appropriate amount to dry hair, gently detangle your hair, and then shampoo. 2) As a rinse-off treatment after shampooing: After shampooing, lightly squeeze out excess water, apply an appropriate amount to your hair, gently massage it in, and then rinse. 3) As a pre-ironing treatment: After applying an appropriate amount, clamp a section of hair with an iron or curling iron and run it from the roots or mid-lengths to the ends (you can also use a hairdryer). ○ Can be used on both towel-dried and dry hair. ○ We recommend using it with the Ichikami PREMIER series.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
