How to use
<Precautions for Use> ◇Because it contains a high concentration of natural ingredients, there may be slight variations in appearance, but this does not affect the quality. ◇After use, wipe the mouth of the container clean and be sure to close the cap tightly. ◇If the cap can no longer be opened or closed properly, we recommend replacing it with a new container. ◇Do not place in direct sunlight or in high temperatures. ◇When replacing the refill, attach the ring part to the refill first. ◇Keep away from fire. <How to Use> . In the morning and evening, after washing your face, take an appropriate amount onto your palm or a cotton pad and gently apply it to your entire face. <How to Set the Refill Correctly> . Attach the ring part to be reused to the new refill, then set it in the outer container. If you put the refill into the outer container before attaching the ring part, the refill may not be set correctly, and the contents may leak. *Hold the ring part horizontally and push it into the neck of the refill until you hear a click. *If the refill spins freely, it means it hasn't been set correctly, so please check the setting method again. Leaving the refill in a high-temperature place for a long time may cause the container to dent, but this does not affect the quality.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
