In the morning and evening, after washing your face, take an appropriate amount onto your palm or a cotton pad and gently apply it to your entire face. <How to Set the Refill Correctly> . Attach the ring part to be reused to the new refill, then set it in the outer container. If you put the refill into the outer container before attaching the ring part, the refill may not be set correctly, and the contents may leak. *Hold the ring part horizontally and push it into the neck of the refill until you hear a click. *If the refill spins freely, it means it hasn't been set correctly, so please check the setting method again. Leaving the refill in a high-temperature place for a long time may cause the container to dent, but this does not affect the quality.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: We ship all orders DDP (duties delivered prepaid) which means that we handle all the import and custom duties on our end and nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected by us. Please note that all local charges are your responsibility. Unfortunately, there is no current system that allows us to handle this on your behalf from Japan.
