If there are inconsistencies in hair color, texture, or degree of damage before use, the finished color may be uneven. If you are using styling products, pre-wash with shampoo before using the color shampoo. Please be careful as it will not wash out if it gets on clothing, etc. If the color gets on the bathroom or sink, etc., rinse it off immediately. The color may fade if used with hair growth products or styling products. The finished color tone and feel may vary from person to person. If rinsing is insufficient, the color may bleed due to sweat or rain, and may stain clothing, towels, pillowcases, etc., so please be careful. If it gets on your body, etc., wash it off immediately. Do not use on anything other than hair. The color may be difficult to remove from skin or nails, so wash it off immediately. Even if it is difficult to remove, it will naturally fade in a few days. Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
