How to use
1. Remove the heel pack from the bag and cut it in half lengthwise. Tear open the opening of each mask to the arrow, insert your heel, roll it up, and secure it with tape. 2. Soak for approximately 30 to 60 minutes. Be careful not to fall while walking, spill the liquid on the floor, or damage the pack. 3. After soaking, remove the pack and rinse thoroughly to remove all liquid. *Please rinse the bathtub and other surfaces thoroughly as discoloration may occur. 4. After about 3 to 7 days, your heels will become rough, and dry, old dead skin will begin to peel off. Do not rub or forcibly peel off the skin. After about 10 days, the peeling of old dead skin on your heels will subside, and smooth skin will appear.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
