How to use
〇After preparing your skin with skincare products, press the puff against the cushion surface to pick up an appropriate amount of foundation, and apply it to your skin by gently patting. 〇The amount that can be lightly pressed onto the cushion surface with the upper half of the puff is the appropriate amount for half of your face. 〇Always close the lid tightly after use. 〇If it becomes difficult to pick up foundation with the puff, press it all the way into the cushion. If it is still difficult to pick up, it is a sign that it is time to use it up. *Always use a clean puff. When it gets dirty, gently wash it with diluted neutral dish soap and rinse thoroughly. Then squeeze out the water and air dry in the shade. *If you use too little, you will not get sufficient UV protection. Reapply frequently every 2-3 hours. Always use the refill in the case. Using the refill alone may cause the lid to open, leaking or drying out. *Puff sold separately.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
