How to use
Take an appropriate amount onto dry hands using the included spatula. Apply to a dry face and gently massage it into the entire face to dissolve makeup. Take a small amount of water or lukewarm water into your hands and massage further to loosen dirt and dead skin cells, then rinse thoroughly. Precautions for use: Use with caution to ensure that no skin abnormalities occur. Discontinue use if it does not suit your skin. Continued use in the following cases may worsen symptoms, so it is recommended to consult a dermatologist: (1) If redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.), or darkening of the skin occurs during use. (2) If the skin to which the product was applied is exposed to direct sunlight and abnormalities like those in (1) occur.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
