How to use
Take an appropriate amount (about 2-3 pumps) onto dry hands and gently spread it over your forehead, around your nose, cheeks, chin, and entire face, massaging it in with your fingertips, making sure it blends well with your makeup, avoiding contact with your eyes. Once the makeup has lifted, rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water. *Remove point makeup first. Step 1: Apply to the "T-zone" such as your forehead and nose, then spread to the "U-zone" such as your cheeks and chin, gently blending it in with your fingertips in a circular motion. Do the delicate skin around your eyes and mouth last. Step 2: Take a small amount of lukewarm water in your hands and apply it to your face. When it turns cloudy white, it's a sign that it has emulsified and can be rinsed off easily. Step 3: Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water slightly cooler than body temperature (about 32-35 degrees Celsius) without rubbing.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
