How to use
Step 1: Wet your face, take an appropriate amount (about 1.5-2 cm) into your palm, lather well with water or lukewarm water, and wash gently, enveloping your face with the foam. Afterwards, rinse thoroughly, making sure to cover every part of your face. Step 2: After wetting your face, take an appropriate amount of facial cleanser into your hand and lather it up by gradually adding water or lukewarm water until it is about the size of a lemon. Using a foaming net makes it easy to create a fine lather. Step 3: Apply the foam to the T-zone, such as your forehead and nose, and wash gently, enveloping your face with the foam. Step 4: Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water (about 32-35 degrees Celsius), slightly cooler than body temperature, without rubbing.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
