How to use
Apply directly to clean skin after washing your face, or after preparing your skin with Orchid Beauty Moisture. Soak a cotton pad with an appropriate amount (approximately 3 pumps/about the size of a 500 yen coin) and gently apply it to your entire face and neck, starting with areas prone to dryness. Afterwards, use Orchid Mato Milk or Orchid Mamori Cream. Step 1: Hold the cotton pad between your index and ring fingers and apply the lotion vertically to the part that will touch your skin. *Cotton pushing method Gently pat the lotion into your skin using the cotton pad soaked in lotion. Step 2: Apply evenly to your entire face, ideally until the surface of your skin feels cool. Pay close attention to the hairline, around the eyes, and the hollows around the nose. Press firmly with the cotton pad to help the lotion absorb. Don't forget to apply it to your jawline and neck, which tend to be dry. After the cotton pushing method, gently press with your hands.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
