Step 1: Place the lotion in the center of a cotton pad, fold the cotton pad in half, and gently pat it onto your skin. *If your skin is sensitive, using a wet cotton pad soaked in purified water or lotion can reduce friction from the cotton pad. Step 2: Gently pat the cream into your skin without rubbing. Ensure the moisture reaches even your neck, which tends to be dry.
