How to use
Apply an appropriate amount to your lips with a light touch. [Precautions for Use and Storage] ◆Do not use for purposes other than its intended use. ◆Discontinue use if it does not suit your skin, or if any of the following occurs. Continued use may worsen symptoms, so it is recommended to consult a dermatologist. (1) If any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itching, or irritation appear during use. (2) If any abnormalities like those in (1) appear on the skin to which the product was applied after exposure to direct sunlight. ◆Do not use on areas with wounds, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities. ◆After use, twist the lip balm all the way down and then tightly close the cap. ◆Take care when handling, as twisting it down too far or applying excessive force may cause it to break. ◆Do not subject it to strong impacts such as dropping. ◆It may stain clothing. ◆Keep out of reach of infants and children. ◆Store away from fire, extremely high or low temperatures, places with drastic temperature changes, and direct sunlight. ◆Please use it up as soon as possible after opening.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
