How to use
Use on clean eyelashes. Recommended use is 1-2 times a day. (1) Apply along the base of the upper eyelashes with the tip of the applicator. (2) Apply by lifting the eyelashes with the side of the applicator. (3) Apply thoroughly to the base and lashes of the lower eyelashes as well.
