How to use
[Face Mask] Step 1: Place the mask over your eyes and slowly spread it over your face, ensuring a snug fit. Step 2: Wait 5-15 minutes for the essence to absorb into your skin. Step 3: Remove the mask and gently massage any remaining essence into your skin. You can wipe off or rinse off any excess essence. [Toner] Step 1: Take a coin-sized amount of essence into your palm. Step 2: Rub your palms together and gently press and spread the toner onto your cheeks, working from the inside outwards. Step 3: Take another amount of essence and carefully apply it to your entire face, including your forehead, nose, and around your mouth. Repeat this step as needed. [Serum] Step 1: Take three pumps of serum into your palm and apply it to three areas: your cheeks, chin, and forehead. Step 2: Gently spread the product evenly over your entire face, then use your palms to gently pat it in, moving from bottom to top and from inside to outside. Step 3: Finally, gently press your hands over your entire face to enhance product absorption and lock in moisture.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
