What it is
A lotion formulated with mineral ingredients* that protect moisture. It quickly penetrates deep into the stratum corneum, continuously filling the skin with plenty of moisture. It reduces the appearance of fine lines caused by dryness** and leads to clear, radiant skin. *Kirishima hot spring water, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride**Efficacy evaluation test completed. *This product is a refill, so a dispenser is not included. How to use . In the morning and evening, after washing your face, take an appropriate amount in your palm and gently apply it to your entire face. <How to set the dispenser in the refill container> (1) Remove the cap of the refill container. (2) While holding the empty main container with one hand, hold the bottom part of the dispenser and twist to remove it. *When the dispenser is removed, a ring-shaped white gasket may remain around the mouth of the main container. Do not discard the white gasket; place it on the mouth of the new refill container. (3) Set the removed dispenser in the refill container and close it tightly. (4) Discard the cap of the refill container. <Precautions for Use> ◇After use, wipe the nozzle of the dispenser clean and be sure to close the cover cap tightly. ◇When using for the first time, press the dispenser several times until the contents come out. ◇For hygiene reasons, do not remove the dispenser from the container during use. ◇If the dispenser no longer moves smoothly, please purchase a new unit. ◇Do not place in direct sunlight or in high temperatures. ◇Due to the characteristics of the product, natural ingredients may occasionally float or there may be differences in the appearance of the color, but this does not affect the usability. ◇Keep away from fire. ◇Do not wash the dispenser; set it as is. ◇Do not transfer any remaining contents from the previous container to the refill container. ◇SHISEIDO Treatment Softener (Refill) cannot be used with dispensers other than SHISEIDO Treatment Softener. ◇SHISEIDO Treatment Softener Enriched (refill) cannot be used with any dispenser other than the SHISEIDO Treatment Softener Enriched dispenser. ◇For hygienic use, we recommend replacing the main container with a new one after refilling 2-3 times.

How to use

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
