Then rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water. ○Sana Nameraka Honpo Moisturizing Lotion ND: After washing your face, take an appropriate amount in your palm or on a cotton pad and apply to your skin. Then, apply lotion or cream to condition your skin. ○Sana Nameraka Honpo Lotion ND: After using lotion, take an appropriate amount (about the size of a 1 yen coin) in your palm and gently apply to your skin. ◇Use with caution and pay close attention to any abnormalities on your skin. ◇Do not use if you have any wounds, swelling, eczema, or other skin abnormalities. ◇If you experience any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.), or darkening of the skin during or after use when exposed to sunlight, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: We ship all orders DDP (duties delivered prepaid) which means that we handle all the import and custom duties on our end and nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected by us. Please note that all local charges are your responsibility. Unfortunately, there is no current system that allows us to handle this on your behalf from Japan.
