How to use
After applying lotion, take an appropriate amount (about the size of a 1-yen coin) into your palm and gently apply it to your skin. ◇Use with caution to ensure that no skin abnormalities occur. ◇Do not use if you have any wounds, swelling, eczema, or other skin abnormalities. ◇If redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (such as white spots), or darkening occurs during or after use when exposed to sunlight, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. Continuing to use cosmetics may worsen the condition. ◇Do not store in extremely hot or cold places, or in direct sunlight. This is not a beverage. <How to refill the main container> Always refill into a Sana Nameraka Honpo Emulsion ND (150mL) bottle. ○Before refilling, twist off the cap of the main container. Wash the bottle and cap thoroughly with tap water to remove any remaining contents, and then dry. ○ Refill the entire contents at once. ○ Do not mix with water or other products. 1. Cut the spout along the dotted line as shown in the diagram. *Holding the pack too tightly may cause the contents to spill out. 2. Insert the bottle into the spout of the pack and tilt it slowly. Hold the bottle with one hand to prevent it from tipping over and pour the contents slowly. After refilling, be sure to note down the manufacturing code at the bottom of the pack. This may be needed when making inquiries. For hygienic use, we recommend replacing the container with a new one after refilling 2-3 times.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
