How to use
Please use this product by setting it in the separately sold Est Eyebrow Holder N. Hold the tip of the eyebrow pencil and turn the holder to the right to extend the lead by about 1-2 mm. The eyebrow brush part included with the Est Eyebrow Holder N can also be used to attach the separately sold Est Eyebrow Powder Tip N. Please retract the lead after use. The lead may break if extended too far or due to impact such as dropping. When the lead stops coming out when you turn the holder to the right, it is time to stop using it. Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
