IPSA Serum Foundation wraps the foundation in a serum, so the serum stays in contact with your skin all day. IPSA says it gives a dewy glow that looks like it comes from within.
You do not need a separate primer or powder. It has SPF30 PA+++ and includes a blue light care ingredient. The formula also contains rose hip extract, rosemary extract, tea leaf extract and glutathione.
