What it is
[Set Contents] Basic Cream 20g, Whipped Soap 15g, Reply Lotion 50mL, Duo Cream 5g. This set includes four basic items to help you try the most important aspects of skincare: double cleansing, moisturizing, and protection.

How to use
Basic Cream: Apply an appropriate amount (about 4cm) to dry hands and face and let it sit for about 1 minute, then rinse. ・Whipped Soap: Lather an appropriate amount (1-2cm) well, wash your face for about 10 seconds, then rinse. ・Reply Lotion: Take an appropriate amount (about the size of a 500 yen coin) in your hand and apply it to your entire face. *You can also soak a cotton pad with it, peel it into 4-5 pieces, and use it as a mask (5-7 minutes). ・Duo Cream: Apply an appropriate amount (about the size of a pearl) to your entire face.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
