How to use
Connect the USB port on the main unit to the USB port of a commercially available AC adapter using the included USB cable. (Please use an AC adapter with a rated output of DC5V 1A or higher.) Charge the device. (It cannot be used while charging.) The LED will blink slowly red while charging and will turn off when charging is complete. Adjust/hide the cat ears. Put it on. Align the "forehead side". Secure with the hook-and-loop fastener on the back of the head. Press and hold the power button to start operation. It will automatically stop after about 10 minutes of operation. If you want to stop it midway, press and hold the power button.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
