How to use
Connect the AC adapter plug to the plug socket on the main unit. Plug the AC adapter into an outlet. When plugged in, the massage balls will rotate a few times and stop after returning to their home position. (Returning to the home position means that the massage balls on the control unit side will stop in the open position after performing the scissor mode. The LED on the power button will blink during the return to the home position and turn off when it stops.) Please operate after the massage balls have stopped. Press the power button on the main unit to start operation. Press the mode button to switch modes. Adjust the temperature with the heater button. Apply to the area you want to massage. The timer will activate and the power will automatically turn off after about 10 minutes. If you want to stop it midway, press the power button on the main unit.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
