How to use
Connect the USB cable's connector to the connector on the main unit. Plug the USB cable into the included AC adapter, then plug the AC adapter into a power outlet to start charging. (Cannot be used while charging) Charging is complete. Charging is complete when the power button changes from slowly blinking red to off. Unplug the AC adapter from the power outlet and disconnect the USB cable's connector from the main unit before use. Insert your hand into the main unit. Press and hold the power button to start the massage. The timer will start approximately 10 minutes after turning on the power and will stop automatically. To stop it midway, press the "Stop button". All operations will stop.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
