What it is
This eyeshadow pen is designed to make the "dullness" of the eyelids that everyone has look attractive, by creating an "ultra-thin makeup film" that gives just the right amount of transparency. It has a beautiful finish with just the right amount of depth and transparency, and a creamy texture that is completely powder-free. The rectangular cross-section of the tip allows you to use three different thicknesses. [11 Chandelier Peach] A light peach pink that gives a light and gentle impression. Applying it to the entire lower eyelid brightens the impression of the eyes and makes dark circles and dullness under the eyes less noticeable.
