What it is
A bleaching-level eyebrow concealer to use before eyebrow mascara. It erases darkness as if bleached, creating soft and fluffy brows. How to use: Use as a base for eyebrow mascara. Apply with a brush, combing from the roots to the tips of the eyebrow hairs. If using with pencil or powder type eyebrow products, apply this product afterward. If the brush has little product left, rotate the brush to pick up the liquid from the side of the container. Close the cap tightly after use. If using with waterproof eyebrow products, we recommend using a point makeup remover to remove it.

How to use
Use this product as a base for eyebrow mascara. Apply it by brushing from the roots to the tips of your eyebrows. If using with a pencil or powder type eyebrow product, apply this product afterward. If the brush is running low on product, rotate the brush to pick up the liquid from the side of the container. Close the cap tightly after use. If used with waterproof eyebrow products, we recommend using a point makeup remover to remove it.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
