How to use
After washing your face, gently wipe the pad from the inside out along the skin's texture, avoiding the eye area, or apply it to the skin and leave it on as a pack for about 3 minutes. After use, close the lid tightly to prevent the pad from drying out. Use with caution to ensure that no skin abnormalities occur. Discontinue use if the cosmetic product does not suit your skin, that is, in the following cases: Continued use of the cosmetic product may worsen symptoms, so it is recommended to consult a dermatologist. (1) If redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.), or darkening occurs during use. (2) If the skin to which the product was applied is exposed to direct sunlight and the above abnormalities appear. [Storage Precautions] 1. Keep out of reach of children. 2. Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight and high temperature and humidity. 3. After use, close the container lid tightly.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
