How to use
1) Remove the pump from the used 350ml/175ml bottle. 2) While firmly holding the spout of the 350ml refill pouch, remove the cap. 3) Insert the spout into the opening of the bottle and slowly pour in the contents. *Please be careful not to squeeze the pouch too hard, as the contents may spill out. 4) Return the pump to the bottle and close it tightly. *Note: Always use up the contents before refilling into a 350ml container of the same scent. Do not mix with products of other scents. To maintain quality, do not wash the main container and use it as is. If water gets in, it may affect hygiene. Take about 3 pumps worth into your hand, gently massage it into your makeup, and then rinse with water or lukewarm water. You do not need to use a facial cleanser, but you can use one if you wish.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
