How to use
Shampoo: After thoroughly wetting your hair, apply an appropriate amount to your entire hair and lather well. Then rinse thoroughly. *To raise the pump head, hold the neck of the pump and turn the head to the left. Press the pump several times until the contents come out. If the head does not rise, tighten the neck firmly and hold it in place with your hand, then turn the head again.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
