What it is
Mediplus's first medicated whitening*1 cosmetic, focusing on moisturizing function and low irritation. Dipotassium glycyrrhizate (active ingredient) prevents skin roughness, while tranexamic acid (whitening*1 active ingredient) suppresses melanin production, preventing blemishes and freckles. A moisturizing film protects the skin's surface, preventing air pollutants from directly contacting the skin*2 and creating an environment less susceptible to irritation. How to use
1. After washing your face, take an appropriate amount and spread it between the palms of both hands. 2. Gently spread it from the center of your face outwards using your entire palms. 3. Gently spread it from your cheeks to your temples and chin, enveloping your face, and lightly press with your palms. Finally, use any remaining gel on the backs of your hands. Precautions for use: Do not use on areas with wounds, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities. Use with caution to ensure that no skin abnormalities occur. Discontinue use if the cosmetic product does not suit your skin, or if any of the following occurs: (1) If redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.), or darkening occurs during use. (2) If the skin to which the product was applied is exposed to direct sunlight and any of the above abnormalities occur. Use with care to avoid contact with eyes. If it gets into your eyes, rinse immediately. If any abnormalities occur, consult an ophthalmologist. Storage and handling precautions: Keep out of reach of infants and children. Do not store in extremely hot or cold places, or in direct sunlight. Do not return any contents that have been removed from the container back into the container.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
