How to use
Take 1-2 pumps of the dispenser onto your wet palm, lather well, and then rinse thoroughly with water. Shelf life after opening: 12 months ◇Because natural ingredients are used, the scent and color may vary slightly from product to product, and occasionally natural ingredients may float, but this does not affect the quality of the product. ◇Due to the nature of the product, it may become cloudy if left at low temperatures, but it will return to normal when returned to room temperature and can be used without any problems. ◇When using for the first time, press the dispenser several times until the contents come out. ◇After use, wipe the mouth of the container clean. ◇If the product has not been used for a while, the contents remaining around the mouth of the dispenser may harden, but this does not affect the quality of the product. Remove the hardened part before use. ◇Keep out of reach of infants and children. ◇Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperatures. ◇Be careful not to get it in your eyes. If it gets in your eyes, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
