How to use
[Sekkisei BLUE Charcoal Scrub Wash] ○Wet your palms and face, take about 2cm of product into your palm, lather well with a small amount of water or lukewarm water, and gently wash your face, enveloping your skin in the foam. ○Afterward, rinse thoroughly. [Sekkisei BLUE Clarifying Toner] ○Use on clean skin after washing your face. ○Take about a 500 yen coin-sized amount onto a cotton pad and gently wipe it onto your face.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
