How To Use

<How to enjoy Bakkan-yu> After equalizing the temperature of the bathwater (180L), add one packet (60g) and it's ready. Stir well before bathing. <Recommended bathing method for Bakkan-yu (intermittent bathing at medium temperature)> Drink a glass of water before bathing. Drinking while bathing is also recommended. Soak in slightly hot water for about 10 minutes, with the water up to below your chest. Get out of the water and rest for about 5 minutes. *The effects of bathing vary from person to person depending on their constitution. *Avoid if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, are prone to dizziness, or are feeling very tired. *If you feel unwell, get out of the bath immediately and rest.
