How to use
◇ Always close the lid tightly after use. ◇ After use, refill with the separately sold "Snow Beauty Brightening Skincare Powder (Refill)". ◇ Do not discard the transparent film. Always keep the puff clean and place it on the transparent film after use. ◇ If the puff becomes dirty, the surface of the powder may harden or become difficult to apply to the skin, so always keep it clean. ◇ When the puff becomes dirty, use the separately sold "Shiseido Sponge Cleaner N" or gently wash it by hand with a mild detergent diluted in lukewarm water. Rinse thoroughly to remove all detergent, squeeze out the water, and dry it well in the shade before use. ◇ When carrying, make sure the container is completely closed. ◇ Please be careful as it may break due to impact such as dropping. ◇ Keep out of reach of infants and children. ◇ Do not place in direct sunlight or in places with high temperature and humidity. <How to Use as a Morning/Daytime Face Powder> After preparing your skin with lotion, emulsion, or makeup base, or as a finishing touch to foundation or for touch-ups. We recommend using it in combination with a makeup base, foundation, or daytime emulsion that has UV protection. Take an appropriate amount of powder with the included "Smooth Fit Puff" (thin puff) and gently glide it over your entire face. When using for touch-ups, use after blotting away excess oil with tissue paper. <How to Use as a Nighttime Skin Care Product> Use after thoroughly applying lotion, emulsion, or cream to your skin. Take an appropriate amount of powder with the included "Smooth Soft Puff" (thick puff) and lightly apply it over your entire face, then gently glide it over your skin to blend it in.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
