How to use
[How to set] Remove the refill container from the bag, and with the lid of the refill container closed, align it with the indentation in the case and press down slowly and firmly from above until you hear a click. To remove the refill container from the case, open the case, turn the case upside down with the lid of the refill container closed, and press the lever on the back of the case in the direction of the arrow in the illustration while pressing the back of the refill container to easily remove it. [How to care for] If the mat becomes dirty, the foundation will not spread or adhere well and it may cause damage to the mat. Always keep it clean. If the mat becomes dirty, gently wash it with a neutral detergent or cosmetic soap. After rinsing thoroughly, remove excess water with a towel and air dry in the shade. When replacing the mat, use "Albion Excia Matte E" (sold separately).

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
