1. BOOSTER X2 MODE This mode is used when applying your cosmetics. (Up to the stratum corneum) Recommended usage / Frequency 1-3 times a day | Approximately 5-10 minutes per session How to use After applying your skincare products, gently press the probe head against your skin and move it in a circular motion. 2. MC X2 MODE The MC X2 mode provides a gentle stimulation Recommended usage / Frequency 1-3 times a day | Approximately 5-10 minutes per session How to use After applying your skincare products, gently press the probe head against your skin and slide the device from bottom to top in an upward lifting motion. 3. DERMA-S X2 MODE A facial muscle training mode *EMS Recommended usage / Frequency 1-3 times a day | Approximately 5-10 minutes per session How to use With your skincare products applied, move the device slowly, pausing for 1-2 seconds at points where you feel a comfortable stimulation. 4. DUAL MODE A mode that allows you to select and use two modes simultaneously. Usage guidelines / Frequency 1-3 times a day | Approximately 5-10 minutes per session How to use After applying basic skincare products, gently press the probe head against your skin and gently glide the device along the texture of your skin. *You can select one of the three modes (BOOSTER X2 MODE, MC X2 MODE, DERMA-S X2 MODE) for the upper and lower sections and use two modes simultaneously. In the initial settings of DUAL MODE, the upper section is set to DERMA-S X2 MODE and the lower section to BOOSTER X2 MODE. 5. MASK MODE A mode for use with sheet masks (mask packs). Usage guidelines / Frequency 1 time a day | Approximately 5-20 minutes per session *Always use over a mask pack. How to use Lightly press the probe head against the mask pack and move it slowly while using. 6. AIR SHOT X2 MODE First Step Mode Usage Guidelines / Frequency: 2-3 times per week | Approximately 5 minutes per session How to use: Use on dry skin after washing your face. Using the edge of the head, do not press it firmly against your skin, but gently tap or lightly stroke it. *If using in combination with other modes, start with "AIR SHOT X2 MODE".

Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
